As the only Board Certified Prosthodontist in central Fort Worth, Dr. Fischer specializes in the improvement of dental aesthetics and function, completing three additional years of specialty training beyond dental school in crowns, veneers, dentures, implants and full mouth rehabilitations. EDUCATION
Dr. James Fischer earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, followed by his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio. He went on to complete a three-year residency at Texas A&M Dental School, where he received his specialty certification in Prosthodontics and a Master of Science in Oral Biology.
CAREER
In 2016, Dr. Fischer and his family moved to Fort Worth, where he established Fischer Dental. Alongside caring for patients in his private practice, he has served as adjunct faculty in the Graduate Prosthodontic residency program at Texas A&M and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Fort Worth District Dental Society.
PERSONAL
Dr. Fischer and his wife are raising their three sons in central Fort Worth. He feels grateful to live and practice in such a vibrant community and is passionate about helping his patients navigate their dental journey.
